Cancellation Policy - SindhFoodie
At SindhFoodie, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please review the following terms regarding order cancellations.
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed and cooked by the restaurant. Once your order has been processed and cooking has started, we will not be able to accept cancellations, as the preparation of food is already in progress and the delivery process has begun.

If your order is eligible for cancellation, no charge will apply, and you will not be required to pay.
SindhFoodie reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
In case of cancellation by SindhFoodie, you will be notified, and no charges will apply to your order. If any payment has been made, a refund in the form of SindhFoodie credits for future orders will be issued.
Once your order has been processed and cooking has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations. This is because the food is already being prepared, and delivery is in progress.
As SindhFoodie uses Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are not applicable for COD orders. In the event that a cancellation results in credit issuance (when applicable), you will be issued SindhFoodie credits for a future order.
