At SindhFoodie, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their orders. Our goal is to provide an excellent food delivery experience. However, due to the nature of the services we offer, we do not accept returns or refunds once the food has been delivered. If you receive an incorrect order (e.g., wrong item or missing items), please contact our customer support team within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We will review the situation and, if confirmed, offer a credit for the value of the incorrect item(s) that can be applied to a future order.
If you receive food that is damaged or spoiled, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if verified, provide a credit for the affected items, which can be applied to future orders. In such cases, we may require photographic evidence to proceed with the refund request.
Once the order has been successfully delivered, we do not offer refunds due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with the food or service. Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming it.
In case of delayed deliveries, we will make every effort to ensure that the food is delivered as soon as possible. However, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or third-party delivery issues. We do not offer refunds for delivery delays but will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
