4. Ordering and Payment

When placing an order through the Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your order and payment details. SindhFoodie currently only supports Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. All payments are made directly to the delivery personnel at the time of receiving your order. No payment is processed through the app or through third-party payment systems such as Google Play's billing system.

5. Pricing and Availability

We strive to ensure that the prices, descriptions, and availability of items listed on our platform are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that there will be no errors, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or discontinue the service or items at any time without notice.

6. Delivery

We make every effort to deliver orders in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary depending on the restaurant and your location. While we aim for prompt service, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or third-party delivery issues.
