At SindhFoodie, we are committed to delivering your food in the most efficient and timely manner possible. We work with our restaurant partners to ensure that your orders are prepared and delivered to you with care.
Our delivery process involves our restaurant partners' riders, who are responsible for picking up and delivering the food directly to your location. SindhFoodie facilitates the connection between you and the restaurant, but the actual delivery is handled by the restaurant's dedicated rider team.
The delivery time will vary based on several factors, including the restaurant's location, your delivery address, and the order size. On average, deliveries take between 30 to 60 minutes.
While we strive to deliver all orders within a reasonable timeframe, delays may occur due to various factors such as high order volumes, weather conditions, or traffic. In case of any significant delay, our customer support team will make efforts to notify you.
Currently, SindhFoodie does not charge additional delivery fees. The only charges you incur are related to the cost of your food items, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is used for payment.
Please note that the restaurant partner may apply its own delivery fees based on your location. These fees are communicated to you when placing the order.
Our delivery service is available in Badin City. You will be able to see whether your location is eligible for delivery when placing an order. If your location is not currently served, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our delivery areas soon.
